Returns

Custom ordered products can not be returned for a refund as they are made to order. If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, please call Restaurantdoors.com to discuss instructions on returning your product(s) and sending you a replacement. Please note you must first call 800-598-2845 to receive an "RGA" (Return Good Authorization Number) in order for us to properly process your return. If you think the product is damaged due to shipping, please be sure to sign the delivery receipt – DAMAGED.
